Our Process
Step 1 :-
At the break of dawn, workers carefully begin plucking dewy, fresh roses between 5:00 and 5:30 AM, ensuring each bloom retains its vibrant color and delicate fragrance.
Early harvest guarantees that finest, naturally preserved roses are selected.
Step 2 :-
Roses are precisely weighed to maintain quality control and optimize the yield of essential oils during distillation. Accurate measurement ensures consistent fragrance concentration and efficient use of resources in the extraction process.
Step 3 :-
After harvesting, the roses are promptly transferred to the ‘DEG’ facility where they are carefully arranged for further processing.
At ‘DEG’, water is added in precisely measured proportions to ensure that each rose retains its optimal freshness and quality.
Step 4 :-
The DEG is tightly sealed and left for controlled heating process for about 3-4 hours, allowing the delicate rose essence to be extracted. During this process we ensure that the natural oils and fragrances are fully captured in the final product.
Step 5 :-
After three hours of controlled heating, the DEG is carefully opened, releasing the fragrant steam infused with rose essence.
The extracted rose water is then collected, filtered, and bottled, preserving its natural purity and aroma for various uses.
