MYSÀ Organics accepts returns of unopened products within 2 days of shipment for a full refund. If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it or provide a refund, simply contact our customer care team with photos and order details within 24 hours of delivery.
You can update your shipping address before order processing by logging into your MYSÀ Organics account and editing the delivery details. For immediate address changes after placing an order, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of purchase with your order number.
