A Journey Rooted in Dreams and Soil
MYSÀ Organics began not in a fancy lab or corporate office, but in the hearts of young university students: Mohit, Bhavesh, Yash, and Rounak. They weren’t businessmen. They were dreamers who wanted to share the natural richness of India With the world.
Their journey led them to Kannauj, a small town in Uttar Pradesh and the hometown of Mohit. Known as India’s perfume capital, Kannauj has been handcrafting natural attars (traditional perfumes) for over 400 years, long before Grasse in France earned its name in perfumery.
But this ancient art was fading. Fewer people were making ittars or attars the old way. The beautiful scents, pure oils, and traditional methods were slowly being forgotten.
A Promise to Bring Back What Was Lost
Standing in the fields and small distilleries of Kannauj, the three friends made a promise to revive this dying heritage and bring nature’s forgotten magic back to modern life.
They envisioned a brand that could offer more than just skincare or fragrance. They wanted to create something that heals, comforts, and connects with nature, with culture, and with oneself.
That’s how MYSÀ Organics was born.
A brand rooted in tradition, driven by passion, and built with purpose.
When Purpose Finds Its Missing Piece
During his master’s studies, Mohit met Bhavesh, who believed in the same vision. With him, the circle was complete. The four founders shared not just a business goal, but a shared soul.
They named the brand MYSÀ, inspired by the Swedish word that means “the nurturing warmth of a mother”. To them, nature was like a mother kind, healing, and full of wisdom.
Bringing Ancient Wisdom to Your Daily Rituals
Creating MYSÀ Organics wasn’t easy.
There were late nights, failed trials, and endless research. The team spent months studying ancient formulations, sourcing pure, organic ingredients, and working with local artisans who still used age old extraction methods like the DEG Bhapka technique.
Each product, whether it’s a drop of lavender oil, a spray of rosewater, or the earthy note of mitti attar carries that care, love, and dedication.
These are not just wellness products.
They are rituals wrapped in heritage, bottled with purpose, and delivered with love.
